Overcoming Barriers to Fitness

RIFFITNESS strives to support people who may face barriers to fitness. This includes:

​

  • Financial: We work with people who may have a low Income, be vulnerably housed or unemployed.

​

  • Mental Health: We work with people with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem/confidence, body image issues, experiences with trauma, stress and burn out.​

​

  • Neuro Diverse: Autistic spectrum conditions and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
