Exercise as a Tool for Mental Health and Wellbeing

RIFFITNESS believes that exercise goes beyond physical health. Fitness can improve many aspects of a person’s life:


  • Improve mood​

  • Increase self-esteem and confidence 

  • Reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety        

  • Reduce stress                  


RIFFITNESS staff have extensive experience supporting people with mental health issues and use a variety of tools to not just improve fitness, but to also improve mood, self esteem and emotional wellbeing.
